THE BRIEF
Antistatic is a research and communications consultancy, founded by two sisters, with offices in San Francisco and Wellington. They bring clarity to complex issues sorrounding technology and the environment.
I was tasked with bringing their visual identity up to speed with their cutting edge research and future forward ideology.

THE SOLUTION
I undertook a research driven design process that explored the history of cellular automata, growth patterns of lichen and the dichotomy between signal and noise.
I developed an adaptive visual system, based on this research, that could be reconfigured to create unlimited visual compositions for the brand, as well as a custom logotype.

Antistatic Strategies are a collection of prompt cards that are intended to spark conversation, ideation and speculation.
Each card contains a call to contemplation, and an opportunity to further explore the typographic contrast between the neo-grotesque ABC Diatype and the digital grid of VP Pixel.
